I had an amazing stay at this venue. The location of this hotel is perfect, as it is very close to the beach. The room was well equipped with amenities like an in-room safe, balcony, and air conditioning. The staff was very helpful and provided tours/ticket assistance. Housekeeping was done every day and the rooms were very clean. I enjoyed the leisure facilities like the sun terrace and jacuzzi, and the beach access was an added bonus.
I highly recommend this hotel to all.

The location was perfect, close to the beach, bus station, and 5th street with all the restaurants and shops. We couldn't have asked for a better location for our romantic escape. the view from our balcony was absolutely breathtaking, with a beautiful beach view. We spent many evenings watching the sunset from there.
Our experience at this hotel was far from enjoyable. the rooms were filthy and the cleanliness left a lot to be desired.

The location of this hotel is amazing, just a short distance from the Cancun airport. It's the perfect spot for beach lovers, with our own private beach lined with beautiful palm trees. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with attentive housekeeping services. The friendly staff provided great service, making our stay enjoyable. the breakfast included toast, coffee, and orange juice. The breathtaking view of the sea from our balcony was a definite highlight.
It's unfortunate that there was no elevator available in the hotel.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and the famous 5th Avenue. The hotel facilities were great, with clean and comfortable rooms. We also appreciated the daily cleaning service and the helpful and friendly staff. Plus, the fact that the hotel provided free beach chairs was a fantastic perk.
